Terms & Condition

1. Contract Formation

  • A sale contract is formed when the customer accepts our quote in writing and pays any required deposit.

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by us; we reserve the right to reject orders at our discretion (e.g., shipping restrictions, regulatory constraints).

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices quoted exclude VAT / taxes unless specified otherwise.

  • A deposit of 30% may be required to confirm order.

  • Balance payment is due prior to shipment or delivery, as outlined in the quote.

  • Financing and insurance funding will be handled separately; customer is responsible for completing any required documentation.

3. Delivery & Risk Transfer

  • Delivery lead times depend on configuration, stock, and Scewo production.

  • Risk and ownership transfer upon delivery / handover to the customer or their agent.

  • Installation, demonstration, and customer training are part of delivery; operation should not begin until training is complete.

4. Warranty & Maintenance

  • The BRO is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty; our terms mirror Scewo warranty conditions (copy provided on request).

  • Customer responsibility includes proper use, storage, and periodic maintenance.

  • Unauthorized modifications may void the warranty.

5. Returns & Cancellations

6. Liability

  • We are not liable for misuse, negligence, or custom modifications not approved by us or Scewo.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product sold.

  • We encourage all customers to undergo training and to use stair mode in a safe, controlled environment initially.

7. Data Protection
Customer personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy

8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, designs, and software (including “BRO” name, Scewo logos) remain the property of Scewo AG or applicable rights holders. Customers are granted a limited license for operation only.

9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (supplier delays, shipping issues, regulatory delays, etc.).

10. Amendments
We may amend these Terms & Conditions. Any changes will be communicated, and existing contracts remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of order unless agreed otherwise in writing.
